Impossible to set up an account. Wouldn't let me input a password
Apparently not fixed. The App is perfectly happy to take the 1p 'ping' out of my bank account (no where have I seen all these 1ps returned to my account) but when it comes to taking the fare, payment declined. Arrow says it's a problem with my bank, my bank are 100% certain that it's a problem with the app. Zero help, problem began with the old App and persists with the new one. Arrow are not interested in fixing issues, just sneakily stealing your money, 1p at a time...

Terrible... card checked initially and all fine then cancelled on the evening after booking 5 days in advance because they apparently couldn't take payment. DO NOT USE.
What an absolute load of rubbish
This app is terrible .. I can't even register on the app with a password .. Please bring back the old app ..
Very good
If I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to book a taxi then it makes it useless. Not to mention that there's no way to delete any saved card / payment method. Oh, and you should never ask for a tip before the service was provided. Where I come from, tips are usually given at the end of the service.
